Just lept out of this cozy bed, by which the book is close at hand.

How I’m feeling now:

So excited to begin. The house is quiet, my husband is at work, the kitties are drifting around while our dog continues to snooze. Off to make some coffee to go with the scones for a proper start.

  1. And how were those scones? I've only made them from scratch once. I used to buy a mix (lavender scones) which were out of this world, but it's been years….

    What is it about an unmade bed that looks so lovely? Wonderful photo.
