Woo-hoo! I just finished Part 3 of The Brothers Karamazov (in English, of course!).
I never expected the mystery to be so compelling, the writing to be so fascinating, the thoughts to be so deep.
Hey, you’ve got 24 hours…why not join in the read-along? 😉
Awesome! You are doing just great:)

You're doing awesome! I had thought of reading Proust (just the one book) for the whole 24 hours but I knew I was going to get brainfreeze, lol. You, however, *pat* *pat* on the back. (By the way, I couldn't help but laugh seeing as you changed your template again. I just did, too.)

How does one join in this read-a-thon, pray tell?? DO I just grab a book and get busy?? Or is there, like, a group?

One day we'll be satisfied, my friend. Although, this is about as close as I think I'll ever come. I love the white, as I know you do, too. Also, one day I'll read Proust. I didn't get too far after Swann's Way.

Hey, Ruthibelle, just grab a copy of The Brothers Karamazov, and start reading. We're planning on wrapping up at the end of April, and we're reading a Part a week (it's organized into four parts). I'd love to have you join in, let me know if that's what you decide and I'll add you to the list of participants. Or, maybe you were just kidding here. 😉

Way to go! I'm actually reading it right now, too. I like the no-pressure feel of reading on the weekend. I'm getting a bit more into it but will share further thoughts in a post this afternoon.

Wow, what a book to read during the Read-a-Thon. I couldn't get past page 60 in that book when I tried a few years ago, so I give you credit. You're doing great! Hope you're having fun!
